Sales Representative – Bayfield County Area

About the role

We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to expand Breakthru’s wine and spirits footprint across the Bayfield, Douglas and Sawyer counties in Wisconsin. The primary focus is to prospect, win and grow new on‑premise and off‑premise accounts while building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and secure new accounts, delivering professional sales presentations and managing product placement, promotions and inventory.
• Maintain product levels, conduct inventory checks, restock shelves where permitted, and provide staff training on priority brands.
• Achieve sales, volume and merchandising targets by analyzing account data, managing receivables and collaborating with the Field Sales Manager on new account openings.
• Handle customer issues, ensure compliance with beverage alcohol regulations, and support supplier initiatives such as sales blitzes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 2 years of sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
