Sales Recruiter (Full‑Time)

About the role

Sierra is looking for an experienced Sales Recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring for its go‑to‑market and business teams. You will partner with leaders to shape talent strategy and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for business and GTM roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, create position profiles and set hiring plans.
• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels to attract active and passive talent.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, assess and close top business talent.
• Drive an efficient, structured and equitable interview process while continuously improving workflows.
• Track, analyze and report recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline conversion and source effectiveness.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a high‑growth tech environment, preferably with early‑stage startup exposure.
• Proven success hiring for business functions, including GTM, operations and corporate roles.
• Strong consultative partnership skills with hiring managers and interview teams.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to use metrics to inform hiring decisions.
