Sales Operations Specialist – Los Angeles

About the role

Maleda Tech is seeking a motivated Sales Operations Specialist to act as the frontline representative of its premium in‑home services marketplace in Los Angeles. You will be the local face of the brand, generating leads, delivering in‑person sales pitches, and guiding new service providers onto the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Generation — Identify and connect with prospective service providers in person, using online research, cold outreach, community engagement, and local networking.
• Sales Pitches — Deliver persuasive, in‑person presentations that showcase the platform and convert interest into signed submissions.
• Onboarding — Partner with cross‑functional teams to guide new providers through initial onboarding, ensuring they are informed and set up for success.
• Market Insights — Gather feedback from prospects and the local community to refine sales strategies and improve service offerings.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or community engagement.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with comfort initiating conversations in a variety of settings.
• Resourceful mindset eager to test new tactics for sourcing and closing leads.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple conversations and leads across platforms.
• Motivated by helping local providers grow their businesses.
• Based in Los Angeles with strong local market knowledge.

Required skills

• Familiarity with community platforms such as Facebook Groups, Reddit, and Nextdoor for engagement and lead generation.
