Sales & Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales & Operations Coordinator to join a founder‑led residential cleaning company. This full‑time remote position supports the Texas‑based team by handling leads, bookings, cleaner coordination, and day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, texts, emails, web inquiries, and social media leads within 1–2 business hours.
• Qualify prospects, gather property details and photos, provide quotes using approved pricing, overcome objections, and convert inquiries into booked cleanings.
• Own the CRM pipeline: maintain accurate records, manage follow‑ups, send confirmations and reminders, request reviews, and track key metrics.
• Schedule jobs based on cleaner availability, coordinate dispatch, manage reschedules and day‑of changes, and keep precise job records.
• Recruit, screen, and onboard cleaners, including references, background checks, and paid trial cleans.
• Handle routine customer service issues, perform first‑pass quality control, coordinate re‑cleans, and escalate major complaints.
• Set up and manage business systems and online channels; support local lead generation within budget.
• Monitor cash flow, flag potential shortfalls, and prepare weekly reports for the owner.

Required profile

• 2+ years of phone‑based sales or customer support in home services (cleaning, HVAC, plumbing).
• 2+ years of appointment scheduling and contractor coordination.
• 2+ years managing a sales/service pipeline in a CRM (HubSpot or similar).
• 2+ years using field‑service software (Jobber, Housecall Pro).
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong customer issue‑resolution, organizational, and independent problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working US Central Time business hours (9 AM–5 PM) in a fully remote environment.
