Sales Manager – Tucson, AZ

About the role

The Sales Manager works closely with the Branch Manager to sell the Coldwell Banker value proposition, coach agents, and foster a culture where agents thrive and grow their careers.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, acquire, and retain productive sales associates by supporting agent recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and mentoring.
• Support day‑to‑day branch operations to maximize profit and organic growth through training, coaching, and leveraging business relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and state/federal laws, including RESPA and Fair Housing standards.

Required profile

• Three or more years of experience selling real estate.
• Active Real Estate License.
• Technologically proficient with PC and Mac operating systems.
• Working knowledge of business and financial acumen, including P&L understanding.
• Experience in training, coaching, and leading people or groups.
• Exceptional presentation and public‑speaking skills with impeccable grammar.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to learn new software programs as needed.
