About the role
Lead and supervise a fiber sales team in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, driving performance and meeting sales targets through strategic client relationship management and sales initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and mentor the sales team, monitor performance, and provide coaching to achieve targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Manage key client relationships, resolve complex issues, and lead important negotiations.
- Allocate and manage sales territories for optimal coverage.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred.
- 8+ years of related sales experience, preferably in telecom or B2B environments.

- Base salary $85,400 – $128,000 USD plus commission (total target compensation $149,400 – $192,000).
