Sales Manager – Brokerage (Real Estate)

About the role

The Sales Manager will work closely with the Branch Manager to promote Coldwell Banker’s value proposition, coach agents, and foster a high‑performing office culture in Saint Paul. This position is pivotal in driving sales growth while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and retain productive sales associates, supporting the Branch Manager’s recruiting initiatives.
• Coach and mentor agents on business strategy, tools, and growth opportunities.
• Assist in day‑to‑day branch operations to maximize profit and organic growth.
• Leverage company services and external relationships to enhance agent performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, RESPA, and Fair Housing standards.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience selling real estate.
• Active real‑estate license.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including P&L understanding.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and lead teams (preferred).
• Excellent presentation, public‑speaking, and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat.
• Comfortable working on PC and Mac operating systems.
