Sales Manager – B2B IT & Software Solutions (Remote)

About the role

Sprinterra is seeking a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead B2B sales of its custom software development services. This remote position serves clients across North America, offering full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential enterprise clients in finance, healthcare, retail and other sectors.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, including qualification, proposal development, negotiation and contract signing.
• Collaborate with development, design and strategy teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
• Track and report sales performance against quantitative and qualitative metrics.
• Develop a pipeline of opportunities and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales within the IT or software development industry.
• Strong technical understanding of software outsourcing services.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently as the sole sales representative.
