Sales & Lifestyle Consultant (Lease-Up)

About the role

The Sales & Lifestyle Consultant drives occupancy, revenue, and resident retention by combining leasing activities with vibrant community programming. This hybrid position manages the full sales cycle while creating engaging social, wellness, and cultural experiences for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, including greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting property tours, and showcasing apartment homes.
• Manage the leasing process: process applications, conduct screenings, prepare leases and move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth move‑ins.
• Maintain prospect data in CRM systems (Entrata, Hyly), track leasing activities, and document follow‑up communications.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute daily social, cultural, and wellness events (2–5 per day, 7 days a week), manage event calendar and community newsletter.
• Build partnerships with local businesses, secure sponsorships, and arrange transportation for off‑site excursions.
• Welcome new residents on move‑in day, deliver welcome gifts, and ensure unit readiness.
• Organize marketing materials, leverage social media (Facebook, Instagram) and email to generate leads.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on tours, move‑ins/move‑outs, and inventory; assist with activity budgeting.
