About the role

Embrace Levi Strauss & Co’s heritage while delivering excellent product knowledge and styling advice. Promote the omni‑channel experience and the Red Tab Loyalty program, ensuring consumer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest looks that incorporate latest trends and promotions based on customer needs.
• Engage consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program and resolve concerns per company policy.
• Partner with store management on elevated consumer issues and assist in staff training and coaching.
• Handle cash, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining standards.
• Consistently meet or exceed store and individual sales performance goals.
• Adopt and advocate for new in‑store technologies that enhance the consumer experience.
• Follow all Levi’s store policies, procedures, and directives from management.

Required profile

• Strong product knowledge and ability to suggest trend‑forward looks.
• Customer‑focused mindset with ability to resolve issues and promote loyalty programs.
• Team player who can train and coach staff to meet sales targets.
• Attention to detail in cash handling and merchandise operations.
• Goal‑oriented, consistently meeting sales and performance metrics.
• Willingness to adopt new technology and understand its impact on operations.
• Compliance with company policies and ability to follow management directives.
