Sales Director

About the role

Experity is seeking a Sales Director to lead growth across urgent‑care groups and health systems in Florida, South Carolina, and Georgia. You will act as the primary contact for new and existing accounts, driving value‑based conversations and positioning Experity’s on‑demand healthcare platform as a trusted solution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire net‑new logos within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with the Client Success Team to upsell existing clients on additional products and services.
• Lead discovery meetings, articulate value propositions, and act as a subject‑matter expert on Experity’s EMR, Practice Management, Medical Billing, CareAgent, and AI Scribe solutions.
• Maintain a pipeline that meets or exceeds booking targets.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and industry resource for client decision‑makers.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling SaaS or technology solutions to urgent‑care groups or health systems.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and expand existing accounts.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
