Sales Development Representative – US (Pipeline Candidate)

About the role

Gain is building a pipeline of Sales Development Representatives for its US growth strategy. Although no vacancy is open today, candidates can apply to be considered for future openings.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified sales leads and schedule meetings to feed the sales team.
• Conduct hyper‑personalised outreach using insights, intelligence and relevant content.
• Utilise multiple channels – calls, email, video, LinkedIn, handwritten notes – to capture prospect attention.
• Manage inbound lead flow, responding quickly to convert warm leads into discovery meetings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Insights teams to align priorities, build targeted campaigns and leverage content.
• Test, track and optimise outbound campaigns to improve conversion rates.
• Use CRM and other digital tools to track pipeline progress and prospect activity.

Required profile

• Strong communication and written skills with a focus on personalised outreach.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet pipeline generation targets.
• Comfort with using digital tools and CRM systems.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to experiment with outreach tactics.

Required skills

• Experience with multi‑channel prospecting (phone, email, video, LinkedIn).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms for pipeline management.
