Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. This remote position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys fast‑paced environments, engaging with prospects across multiple channels, and contributing to the front‑line of client acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound communications via phone, email, SMS, and chat.
• Conduct outbound prospecting calls, follow‑ups, and lead qualification.
• Book appointments and transfer warm leads to the sales closers or relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate lead records, notes, and activity logs in GoHighLevel.
• Deliver excellent customer service while driving lead conversion.
• Assist with occasional light sales or upselling duties as needed.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a phone‑based customer‑facing role such as BDR, SDR, or appointment setting.
• Strong, clear, and personable communication skills on the phone.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Coachability, attention to detail, and a process‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools, specifically GoHighLevel.
