Sales Development Representative

About the role

Glimpse, the leading AI platform for consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to help scale its rapidly growing customer base. You will be part of an early‑stage team that builds foundational sales processes and drives top‑of‑funnel growth for an AI‑driven back‑office solution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive lead generation.
• Conduct outreach via cold calls, LinkedIn messages, and email to secure meetings with prospects.
• Represent Glimpse at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to generate pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Growth, and the CEO to refine top‑of‑funnel strategies.

Required profile

• 1+ years experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar SDR role.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas (preferred).
• Experience in B2B SaaS or AI‑focused vertical markets.
• Fearless communicator who can engage new prospects and handle rejection.
• Self‑starter motivated to take on new challenges and contribute to a strong team culture.
• Willingness to work onsite in New York City and travel to conferences (~30%).
