Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join an executive‑search firm that partners with leading companies across life sciences, architecture, engineering, construction, banking, and corporate tax. The role focuses on high‑volume outbound prospecting to generate qualified leads for senior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Make 85+ outbound calls daily to engage decision‑makers and qualify new business opportunities.
• Maintain a pipeline of 150+ active opportunities each week, nurturing prospects through structured touch‑points.
• Execute a consistent follow‑up plan to move leads toward discovery calls and events.
• Achieve weekly discovery‑call targets and coordinate scheduling with senior team members.
• Continuously refine sales techniques based on coaching and performance feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales or business‑development experience, preferably in a high‑call‑volume environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Availability to work 9 AM – 5 PM EST.
• Comfort with cold calling, objection handling, and script‑based qualification.
