About the role
Coffee & Chill is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its fast‑growing brand partnerships team. This role blends sales outreach with experiential marketing, helping wellness‑focused brands connect authentically with our community‑driven events across major U.S. cities.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential brand partners in wellness, beverage, fitness, lifestyle, fashion, hospitality, tech, and CPG sectors.
- Run outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, events, and creative outreach.
- Qualify inbound partnership inquiries and schedule meetings for senior sales representatives.
- Maintain and organize lead pipelines within CRM systems.
- Research brands and decision‑makers to personalize outreach.
- Support sponsorship and partnership strategy across multiple event markets.
- Attend select Coffee & Chill events to build in‑person relationships.
- Collaborate closely with founders, partnerships, and marketing teams.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, SDR/BDR, partnerships, recruiting, hospitality, or other customer‑facing roles.
- Confident communicator with strong energy and people skills.
- Organized, proactive, and competitive.
- Passionate about wellness, culture, startups, events, and community‑building.
- Enthusiastic about modern experiential marketing and IRL connections.
- Aim to grow quickly into a closer or partnerships role.
