Sales Development Manager – Austin & San Antonio

About the role

Join Bosch's Business Development team to bring innovative power tools and accessories to commercial contractors across the Austin and San Antonio markets. You will be the voice of Bosch on job sites, working directly with end users and distribution partners to grow market share.

Key responsibilities

• Visit construction job sites and tool cribs to demonstrate new products and solutions.
• Collaborate with distribution partners to achieve annual new‑business targets.
• Build relationships with contractors, understand their needs, and turn new customers into loyal users of Bosch tools.
• Become a product and application expert, delivering tailored solutions to the largest contractors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales or business development, preferably within the construction or tool industry.
• Willingness to travel frequently to job sites and partner locations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey technical product benefits.
