About the role
The Sales Development Manager will lead Bosch’s market‑focused business development efforts in the Austin and San Antonio regions, bringing innovative power‑tool solutions to commercial contractors and construction sites.
Key responsibilities
- Visit job sites and tool cribs to demonstrate Bosch products and understand contractor needs.
- Collaborate with distribution partners to launch new products and achieve annual new‑business targets.
- Generate leads through cold calling, on‑site engagements and partner visits.
- Act as a product and application expert, translating technical features into practical solutions for large contractors.
- Build and nurture relationships that turn first‑time buyers into loyal customers.
Required profile
- Proven experience in field sales or business development within the construction or tooling sector.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently on the road.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the Austin and San Antonio markets.
