About the role
This internship supports Bosch's automotive finance operations by assisting with sales controlling, accounts receivable monitoring, and dispute resolution. You will work closely with tier‑customer accounts and cross‑functional teams to ensure timely payments and accurate financial records.
Key responsibilities
- Review aging reports daily/weekly to monitor overdue invoices and high‑volume tier customer accounts.
- Make outbound collection calls and emails, document communications, and escalate payment delays related to quality, delivery, or pricing disputes.
- Handle claims, deductions and disputes by requesting debit memos, chargebacks, short‑pays, and proof of delivery, collaborating with Sales, Logistics and Quality teams.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a university program leading to a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Marketing.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 and at least one relevant course completed.
- Age 18 or older, authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong organizational ability to turn large data sets into concise summaries.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
