Sales Associate – Men's Fashion (White Plains)

About the role

Join Boggi Milano at Bloomingdale's in White Plains as a Sales Associate, delivering an upscale Italian menswear experience. You will guide customers through the brand’s collections, provide personalized service, and help achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, offering expert advice on Boggi Milano products.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of collections to inspire clients.
• Ensure the sales floor reflects the brand’s aesthetic with proper product presentation.
• Process transactions accurately, manage inventory, and keep the workspace tidy.
• Build long‑term relationships with customers to strengthen brand prestige.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in premium men’s fashion.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
