Sales Advisor – Woodbury Common

About the role

As a Sales Advisor at BOGGI Milano you will act as a brand ambassador, welcoming each client and guiding them through a personalized shopping experience both in‑store and online. You will help strengthen the brand image while meeting sales targets through quality service and trusted relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated client experience, promoting the brand, products, and loyalty programs.
• Understand client needs, present products confidently, and guide them toward the best choice.
• Build long‑term client relationships to foster trust, loyalty, and repeat business.
• Support omnichannel initiatives such as Click & Collect and Seek & Send.
• Maintain store presentation, manage inventory, and handle cash operations in line with company policies.

Required profile

• Passionate about men’s fashion and delivering exceptional service.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with the team.
• Previous experience in premium or fashion retail preferred.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons (at least 2 of 3 weekend days).
