Sales Advisor – Westfield University Town Center

About the role

As a Sales Advisor you will deliver excellent customer service, guide shoppers through the store and actively sell H&M products while supporting the overall store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, promote the Hello Member loyalty app and sustainability initiatives.
• Provide fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices.
• Maintain garment care, refill stock, and ensure tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house areas.
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas following best practices.
• Support visual merchandising, stock replenishment and in‑store omni‑channel services.
• Follow health & safety, legal requirements and store procedures.

Required profile

• Passionate about fashion and delivering great customer experiences.
• Strong communication, creativity, curiosity and flexibility.
• Experience in sales or customer service within fashion or retail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
