About the role

The Sales Account Executive will develop business with both strategic, high‑volume staffing accounts and high‑margin local businesses, while expanding and retaining existing customers to increase market share and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business with strategic, high‑volume staffing accounts and high‑margin local businesses.
• Expand and retain existing customers, increase market share and profitability, and achieve sales metrics.
• Build and develop proposals and pricing models for client solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years experience in a staffing agency sales capacity.
• Proven ability to provide strategic consultative support and collaborate on solutions that meet client needs.
• Demonstrated skill in networking, business development, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation capabilities with solid communication skills.
• Current knowledge of competitive trends and market conditions to drive strategies and partnerships.
• Willingness to work on‑site in a branch office with potential travel between locations.

What we offer

• Base compensation range of $61,575 – $82,100 per year, dependent on experience and location.
