Safety Supply Material Handler

About the role

We are seeking a Safety Supply Material Handler to join BASF’s Agricultural Solutions team in Sparks, GA. The role ensures a clean, orderly and safe environment by managing safety supplies, uniforms and facility cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain clean, sanitary and well‑stocked employee facilities, including restrooms, breakrooms and shower areas.
• Perform routine cleaning and disinfecting of facility surfaces, fixtures and common areas using approved procedures.
• Manage uniform inventory, distribution and laundry coordination.
• Distribute personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety supplies, and coordinate safety shoe orders.
• Assist with new‑hire orientations and facility tours, providing training on safety supplies and amenities.
• Inspect, clean and prepare respirators and other safety equipment for daily use.
• Order, stock and monitor janitorial, safety and breakroom supplies, reporting any issues.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet cleaning schedules and deadlines.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality standards.
• Ability to follow instructions, work schedules and safety procedures in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule.
