Safety Compliance Generalist (DOT)

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking a Safety Compliance Generalist to join the DOT Compliance team in Wilmington. This full‑time position works Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am‑4:30 pm, and offers a starting wage of $20.00 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general safety administration duties across the department.
• Focus on driver qualifications and maintain related records.
• Provide backup support in other safety areas as needed.
• Answer incoming calls and inquiries for the Safety Department.

Required profile

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal, customer‑service, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Capable of handling confidential information.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
