About the role

Key responsibilities
- Provide customer service, service recovery, and assistance to visitors and patients.
- Conduct security screening, weapon detection, and monitor video surveillance systems.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Perform foot patrols, respond to alarms, and address safety concerns on campus.
- Assist Safety and Security Ambassadors as needed and adapt to heightened security situations.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a security role.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to follow basic instructions and guidelines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Excellent customer‑service skills.
- Computer proficiency.
- Commitment to performing work safely and monitoring areas for safety and security concerns.
