Ryan White Database Manager

About the role

This position oversees and manages the CAREWare system, prepares impact and quality reports for Ryan White funds, and provides technical assistance to program staff and service providers. The role also supervises the CAREWare Data Team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage CAREWare system and generate monthly, quarterly, and annual data quality and impact reports.
• Provide technical assistance and training on CAREWare to program staff and external providers.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the CAREWare Data Team.
• Download, review, correct, and reconcile CAREWare data; ensure timely submission to HRSA.
• Develop and maintain VPN/SOG access procedures for CAREWare users.
• Prepare ADAP Quarterly Report Cards and ADR submissions to HRSA.
• Assist the Ryan White Part B/ADAP Program Manager with grant applications and action plans.
• Collaborate with the jProg vendor and DPH DBA to create and run SQL reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, or related field with at least three years of supervisory experience, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Master's degree in Public Health and experience in HIV care data analysis and management.
• Demonstrated experience with the CAREWare system.
