Rubber Press Operator – Hands‑On Manufacturing Role

About the role

We are seeking dependable Rubber Press Operators to produce high‑quality rubber seals in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This position offers hands‑on work, training, and the chance to grow with a company that values teamwork and hard work.

Key responsibilities

• Operate rubber press machines to produce rubber seals and components.
• Load raw rubber into molds and remove finished parts from the press.
• Inspect parts for flash, voids, or incomplete curing.
• Trim excess material using hand tools or trimming equipment.
• Monitor machine settings such as temperature, pressure, and cycle times.
• Make minor machine adjustments within training guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Accurately complete production and quality records.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and quality standards.

Required profile

• Previous rubber press or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
