Route Delivery Driver (CDL A) – $40.14/hr

About the role

Join a leading beer, wine, and spirits distributor as a Route Delivery Driver. You will operate a delivery truck, transport pre‑sold beverages from the distribution center to retail accounts, and ensure a safe, efficient service for customers across the Minneapolis area.

Key responsibilities

• Follow a four‑day work week schedule (Monday‑Thursday or Tuesday‑Friday) with a 7 AM start.
• Operate a CDL‑class vehicle to deliver beer, wine, spirits, and other beverages to assigned accounts.
• Unload and load products manually, collect payments, and reconcile invoices.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, DOT driver logs, and required paperwork for liquor regulations.
• Inspect, clean, and request routine maintenance for the delivery truck.
• Provide courteous customer service, address concerns, and uphold confidentiality.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and DOT safety regulations.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A or B commercial driver’s license.
• At least one year of related delivery or transportation experience.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with DOT and liquor laws.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating a commercial delivery vehicle.
• Experience with DOT driver log documentation.
• Basic cash handling and invoice reconciliation.
