Rockstar Coach & Trainer for Kids

About the role

KidStrong is seeking an enthusiastic Coach & Trainer to lead our kids’ fitness and development classes at the Rocklin location. You will work with children ages 1‑11, delivering a science‑based curriculum that blends physical activity, brain development, and character building.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate training sessions for kids 1‑11 years old.
• Apply KidStrong’s curriculum to improve strength, coordination, confidence and character.
• Manage class energy and behavior in a fun, supportive environment.
• Provide clear, age‑appropriate instructions, feedback and encouragement.
• Communicate effectively with parents before and after classes.
• Set up, move and maintain equipment (up to 35 lb) throughout the shift.
• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming training space.
