About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Stem Cell Transplant team (F7). This position supports patient care throughout the stem cell transplantation process within a collaborative academic medical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing stem cell transplantation, including assessments, medication administration, and monitoring.
• Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists, and laboratory staff to ensure timely and accurate transplant procedures.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation in compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families about transplant protocols, post‑procedure care, and potential complications.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Current RN licensure in Arkansas with eligibility to practice.
• Experience in stem cell or bone marrow transplantation preferred.
• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States.
• Commitment to patient safety, teamwork, and continuous learning.
