About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking newly graduated registered nurses to join its RN New Grad Resident Program for the Winter 2027 cohort. This residency provides a structured, supportive environment to transition from academic training to independent clinical practice.

Key responsibilities
