RFP Analyst – Global Database Team

About the role

The Global Consultant Database team at Invesco is looking for an Analyst to support the Firm profile sub‑team. You will manage firm‑level AUM and personnel data, ensure its accuracy for external consultant databases, and assist the Global RFP team with quantitative inquiries and surveys.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and collate firm‑level AUM and personnel data.
• Deliver accurate, timely data to external consultant databases and internal RFP stakeholders.
• Maintain data consistency and integrity across all sources.
• Update standard reports and visualization dashboards.
• Collaborate with internal data providers to resolve discrepancies.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of relevant experience; RFP experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Communications, English, Liberal Arts or related field.
• Interest in financial markets and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
