Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Leader

About the role

The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Leader will oversee end‑to‑end revenue cycle operations for Candid Health’s client portfolio. Reporting to senior leadership, this role drives financial performance, operational excellence and strategic growth across billing, denial management, reconciliation and payer relations.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, manage and lead high‑performing on‑shore and off‑shore teams delivering billing, EDI, denial management and payment posting.
• Drive RCM KPIs by investigating claim‑level issues alongside billers and leads.
• Build and scale the department through playbooks, standardized processes and data frameworks.
• Adjust resourcing dynamically to meet fluctuating demand and new customer onboarding.
• Serve as primary contact for complex customer issues, collaborating with Customer Strategy & Operations.
• Partner with product, engineering and go‑to‑market teams to identify systemic issues and implement proactive solutions.

Required profile

• 8‑12+ years of medical billing experience, including 2‑3 years leading large, high‑performing teams.
• Proven track record of improving revenue outcomes and operational efficiencies in RCM.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to dive into claim data and drive tactical results.
• Experience managing both on‑shore and off‑shore teams, preferably across multiple specialties and states.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with senior executive stakeholders.
