Retail Supervisor – Skims Store

About the role

Supervisor SKIMS is a solutions‑oriented brand creating the next generation of underwear, loungewear, and shapewear. As a Supervisor, you drive daily results and lead moments on the sales floor. You’re a role model for delivering excellent customer experiences and help create a high‑performing, inclusive, and cohesive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer‑Obsessed mindset, delivering warm, personalized service and modeling behavior for the team.
• Act as Sales Floor Captain, driving performance through zone management, coaching, and team motivation.
• Execute daily operational tasks with excellence, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and store cleanliness.
• Coach team members on selling techniques, product knowledge, and styling to connect features with customer needs.
• Provide feedback, support growth moments, and facilitate onboarding and training of new associates.
• Partner with leadership to monitor inventory, visual standards, and achieve store KPI goals.

Required profile

• Prior supervisory or management experience in retail, preferably fashion.
• Passion for the SKIMS brand and its mission of innovation and inclusivity.
• Strong ability to lead by example and motivate a fast‑paced team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use sales data and feedback to improve performance and drive results.
• Physical ability to stand, move, bend, and lift up to 40 lb throughout the shift and open availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
