Retail Stylist & Sales Associate – Danbury Fair Mall

About the role

Levi's® is seeking a motivated Stylist/Sales Associate to join the team at Danbury Fair Mall. You will represent a historic brand, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and help drive sales while maintaining the store’s visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Levi Strauss & Company’s heritage and product lines.
• Provide outstanding customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Handle cash according to Levi’s cash‑handling guidelines.
• Support stock associates with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, and pricing.
• Maintain store appearance and visual presentation standards.
• Execute rapid floor refill using RFID‑enabled inventory processes.
• Follow store security, safety, and loss‑prevention policies.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat, and bend for extended periods.
• Minimum one year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Organized, methodical, adaptable, and consistent work style.

Required skills

• Familiarity with iOS devices and basic troubleshooting.
• Experience with RFID‑enabled inventory and replenishment processes.
• Ability to read and follow technical training manuals.
