Retail Store Supervisor – Times Square

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Retail Store Supervisor for its flagship location in Times Square, New York. You will join the store management team to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach, mentor, and develop associate teams through effective leadership.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb, moving merchandise, and using ladders safely.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support and motivate store associates.
• Commitment to Levi’s policies, procedures, and brand values.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible retail hours.
• Must be 18 years or older.
