Retail Store Supervisor – North Conway

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Store Supervisor for its Levis® Outlet in North Conway, NH. The supervisor will join the store management team to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, monitor performance metrics, and drive revenue growth.
• Coach, mentor, and support associate teams to achieve sales and service goals.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain a welcoming shopping environment and uphold high standards of customer service.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb, moving merchandise, and using ladders as needed.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop store associates.
• Reliability – dependable transportation and ability to work flexible retail hours.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to meet sales and performance targets.
