Retail Store Supervisor – Full-Time

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Retail Store Supervisor to join the team in Hilton Head, SC. You will work closely with store management to drive sales, coach associates, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance and feedback.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual standards, and safety compliance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb, moving merchandise, and climbing ladders.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support and develop store associates.
• Commitment to following Levi’s policies, procedures, and directives.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Physically able to perform heavy‑lifting and frequent movement tasks.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 or older.
