Retail Store Supervisor – Danbury Fair Mall

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Store Supervisor for its Danbury Fair Mall location. In this role you will join the store management team to drive sales, ensure operational excellence and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, monitor performance and drive revenue growth.
• Coach, mentor and support associate team members.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising and visual standards.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Ensure compliance with Levi’s policies, procedures and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop store associates.
• Reliability, including dependable transportation and ability to work flexible hours.
• Ability to meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb, stand, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Minimum age of 18 years.

Required skills

• Experience with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and retail merchandising.
