About the role

Join Nespresso’s boutique at Lenox Square Mall as a part‑time Retail Stock Associate. You will support both back‑of‑house operations and the sales floor, ensuring customers can easily find their favorite coffees. The role blends inventory handling, merchandising, and customer‑service support in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound stock shipments, assist with inventory counts and product transfers.
• Maintain an organized stockroom so the sales team can locate products quickly.
• Replenish merchandise on the boutique floor and provide assistance to sales associates as needed.
• Help keep the boutique clean and safe, supporting loss‑prevention and overall store safety.

Required profile

• Reliable and available for open, closing, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Patient and resourceful when handling day‑to‑day challenges in a busy environment.
• Physically able to lift boxes up to 50 lb, stand for long periods and climb ladders.
