Retail Stock Associate – La Jolla

About the role

Join Nespresso’s La Jolla boutique as a Part‑Time Stock Associate. You will support both back‑of‑house operations and the sales floor, ensuring customers can easily find their favorite coffees while maintaining an organized and safe store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound stock shipments, assist with inventory counts, merchandising and product transfers.
• Maintain stockroom organization so products are quickly located by the sales team.
• Replenish merchandise on the boutique floor and provide assistance to sales associates as needed.
• Help keep the boutique clean and safe, supporting loss‑prevention and overall store safety.

Required profile

• Reliable and available for open/close shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Patient and resourceful in a fast‑paced environment, able to troubleshoot on the spot.
• Physically capable of lifting boxes up to 50 lb, standing for long periods and climbing ladders.
