About the role

Join Nespresso’s luxury boutique at Lenox Square Mall as a Retail Sales Supervisor, leading a team to deliver exceptional coffee experiences and high‑quality service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive results as manager on duty, maximizing store productivity, building customer relationships and supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with sales reporting and trend analysis.
• Maintain operational excellence by ensuring store cleanliness, visual merchandising, inventory control, cash handling and safety standards.
• Deliver personalized coffee experiences through storytelling, product knowledge and complimentary tastings to grow the customer base.
• Coach and train the team to achieve sales and service targets, fostering a hospitality‑driven culture.
• Collaborate with colleagues, provide feedback and champion innovative ideas in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales leadership experience in a high‑volume retail setting.
• Strong communication, time‑management and analytical abilities.
• Reliability and flexibility to work opening, closing, weekend and holiday shifts.
