Retail Sales Associate – Luxury Boutique

About the role

The Rhoze Retail Sales Associate serves as the front‑line ambassador of the Rhoze Luxury Retail Boutique within The Madison Club. You will deliver personalized, high‑touch service to ultra‑high‑net‑worth members while supporting daily boutique operations and sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Build genuine, lasting relationships with members and their families, offering confident styling advice and proactive service.
• Partner with the Rhoze Manager to monitor sell‑through, support floor rotations, and contribute to monthly revenue targets.
• Process all POS transactions accurately, including markdowns and employee purchases, following DLC retail procedures.
• Uphold premium packaging standards, adding personalized touches such as gift‑wrapping and handwritten notes.
• Assist with physical inventory counts, receiving, ticketing, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor inventory shrink, track best‑sellers, and communicate restock needs.
• Support special member requests, styling consultations, and VIP gift experiences.
• Maintain par levels for boutique essentials to ensure a fully stocked, presentation‑ready floor.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury boutique, resort, or hospitality setting.
• Familiarity with luxury retail standards and the discretion required in a private‑club environment.
• Polished, professional presence with the warmth to engage authentically with ultra‑high‑net‑worth members.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.
