Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand advocate, promoting Nespresso’s sustainability and recycling initiatives.
• Greet customers, engage them with personalized coffee and machine recommendations, and offer complimentary tastings.
• Maintain an elegant boutique appearance, manage shipments, stock the coffee wall, and create eye‑catching displays.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive, high‑performing work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training to deepen product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required profile

• Strong passion for coffee and a natural ability to connect with customers.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail setting, adaptable to changing demands.
• Reliable and punctual, available for open/close shifts, weekends, and holidays.
