About the role

Join Levi’s® Factory Store in Gulfport as a Sales Associate, delivering exceptional customer experiences while representing the iconic Levi’s brand. You will work on the sales floor, assist shoppers, and help maintain the store’s visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult, Close.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Handle cash transactions in line with Levi’s cash handling guidelines.
• Assist with stock replenishment, security tagging, pricing, and inventory counts.
• Maintain store appearance according to visual presentation standards.
• Support loss‑prevention, safety, and security programs.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat, and bend for extended periods.
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
