About the role

Do you have a passion for coffee and a knack for exceptional customer service? Join our team as a Coffee Specialist/Sales Associate. As the welcoming face of our retail boutique, you will guide and assist customers, providing an inviting experience that goes beyond selling coffee.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand advocate by sharing Nespresso’s sustainability and recycling mission.
• Greet and engage customers to create memorable, hospitality‑driven experiences.
• Listen to customer needs and recommend personalized coffee and machine solutions.
• Offer complimentary coffee tastings and showcase product knowledge to drive sales.
• Support team members and maintain a cohesive work environment.
• Assist with boutique operations such as shipments, displays, stocking, and cleanliness.
• Complete a training period that prepares you for long‑term success.

Required profile

• People‑oriented with a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and adapting to change.
• Punctual and available for open, closing, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Patient and resourceful, able to troubleshoot day‑to‑day challenges on the spot.
