About the role

Join Nespresso’s boutique team as a Coffee Specialist/Sales Associate, the welcoming face of the store. You will guide customers to discover their perfect coffee match, delivering an inviting experience that goes beyond simple sales.

Key responsibilities

• Brand Advocate – share Nespresso’s sustainability mission and promote recycling.
• Greet and engage customers, creating memorable in‑store experiences.
• Listen to customer needs and recommend personalized coffee and machine solutions.
• Conduct complimentary coffee tastings and showcase product knowledge to drive sales.
• Maintain boutique appearance, handle shipments, stock the coffee wall and ensure cleanliness.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic people‑person with a passion for exceptional customer service.
• Flexible and punctual, able to work opening, closing, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and able to think on your feet.
• Patient and resourceful when troubleshooting day‑to‑day challenges.
