Retail Sales Assistant Manager (Boutique) – Charlotte

About the role

As an Assistant Boutique Manager for Nespresso in Charlotte, you will partner with the Boutique Manager to drive sales, profitability, and an unforgettable coffee experience. You will lead a team, uphold Nespresso’s culture, and represent the brand in the community.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by sharing coffee expertise, sustainability stories, and personalized tastings.
• Inspire and coach the team to meet sales and service targets through daily communication and performance feedback.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, scheduling, and visual merchandising to ensure efficiency and brand consistency.
• Plan and execute community events that increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
• Maintain a safety‑focused environment for employees and guests.
• Collaborate with the Boutique Manager on performance analysis, KPI tracking, and improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional management experience in a fast‑paced or luxury retail setting.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience managing multiple direct reports.
• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong time‑management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks.
• Passion for coffee, sustainability, and continuous learning; flexible to work open/close shifts, weekends, and holidays.
