Retail Part Time Supervisor

About the role

Levi’s® store on Michigan Avenue in Chicago is seeking a part‑time Retail Supervisor to lead a high‑energy team, deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Create a high‑energy store experience by engaging consumers and modeling service behaviors.
• Supervise and coach associates on sales training and service standards.
• Proactively resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy.
• Partner with the Store Manager on elevated consumer issues and business strategies.
• Conduct training for new hires and current employees on brand culture, product knowledge, loss prevention, and store policies.
• Set expectations, coach, and foster engagement, retention, and talent development.
• Provide formal performance feedback in partnership with management.
• Handle cash, merchandise operations, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining standards.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
• Flex store business strategies to meet or exceed sales and performance goals.
• Supervise the store team in the absence of other managers.
